I’ve been using Fenix for a few years now and my most current service is as good as the first… I haven’t seen any critters in my house for more than a year. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to keep the crawlies out. Dakota was very thorough, attentive, and kind asking if I had seen any bugs about that he should concentrate on, but even with the soaking rains, no creepy crawlies, for which I am happy to not see. I think Fenix is a great service at a fair price. I couldn’t recommend a better company.

I had Michael Taylor out to take care of some unwelcomed wasps that have managed their way inside my home. Michael was very kind and pleasant. He answered all questions I did have and explained what he was going to be doing and what the chemical he was spraying did. I have never had a pest company come out and service my home before so I had no clue what to really expect. Michael even explained to me what he found around my home while he was treating it. I felt well informed and felt good knowing my pest problems are in good hands.

The technician Caleb was great. When he arrived he asked if there had been any more issues. I told him about ants in the garage and he took care of that. After he was finished with everything he told me everything that he had done. Very polite and professional. thank you!

Fenix Pest control has a policy to come back for an additional follow up if any pests reoccur between scheduled applications. Just a phone call to let them know it had only been three weeks and we seemed to have a black wasp issue around our front entry. They sent Caleb who explained “Mud Dopplers”, the black wasps like to nest in cracks or crevices in brickwork, which we have around our entry. He told us he would knock down busy nests and spray their product more thoroughly than usual due to our obvious problem. These wasps are usually passive and more of an annoyance when present. Caleb and Fenix stand by their come back policy.

Mason did a fine job in the house spraying only areas of concern and then continued within the garage areas around all the doors/points of entry. Then reported when he was finished outside including a report of which bait boxes had the most vole activity and that he replaced bait as necessary.

Fenix Pest Control sent Elon McClernan, a technician, out for out initial treatment. Elon was friendly, professional, and got the work done quickly. The whole experience was quick and easy.

Aaron Martinez did a great job today. He arrived on time. He was quiet and thorough in treating the indoors, including the basement where there are signs that mice are coming in from the fields this fall.

Elliott did a great job! He took down outside webs and made sure he was thorough.

I am greatful for the coverage from the spiders&wasps,ticks&fleas,ants&all.Fast,friendly,good service...no hidden costs or extras in the billing cycle.Last place we had took to billing monthly,never knew it til going over budget.No extra service,just 8 extra billings in the year had it not been caught.Should have been a clean break from the last service as nothing owed on either account when we sent the notice to former provider except they messed around with noting the accounts(somehow had 2)&now they want another 135.00.I am very thankful for honest business people&lower rates too.Thanks so much FENIX!
